WARNING: Cannot open /dev/fd0H1440 (No such file or directory) Tried several versions ebuild, old releases, cvs).Īll show the same error, as you described. Somebody out there must be running it as there's an ebuild, so if you can think of anything, please let me know. I've set the processor type back to default (i686) from Athlon-Tbird but it's made no difference. I'm trying to think of differences between 1.2 and 1.4 that might affect it. I get the prefs panel and a blank window but then it quits to the bash prompt. So now I've gone for the real build and started again but with 1.4RC1. I recently did a gentoo 1.2 install to have a look at and liked it! One of the reasons was the the Basilisk Mac emulator worked straight out of the box (not true of RedHat).
